With the first of the offcuts that I had left over from the small portraits, I decided to create a bookmark-shaped face print.
I liked the outcome- the shape and size of the lino meant I could work quite simply and free, and it was quick to cut. I also think it would be cool to use these as bookmarks. I wanted to try colour variations, so made three more prints:
The middle variation was an unplanned “well, I have two colours here, let’s get another roller and try something!”. I really like the intensity of the colours, and it was fun to play around with something different in the printing process.
